March 20, 2013 swing for the fences	Topic: Product review Discussion: Socks yes E4/E6 the Wall Stretch is the only stretch that thoroughly stretches the Calf which interns stretches the Plantar, according to my Doctor who got me back in the Worlds 3 days before the Tourney, I couldn't walk..I thought I was done! I went on to have a pain free Tourney and kept the regiment of stretching everyday with zero issues for two year so far.. The reason you need to stretch the plantar, is it gets rope like when we get older and then it frays...when you stretch it everyday it gets it back to a point you reach when you run or walk so it's not fraying.. that simple..Good luck to all and hope this info helps out.. if you are at a point that you can't walk in the morning go get a shot to calm it down and start wall stretching!

Doc gave me a shot and got me on a wall stretch that I do everyday.. haven't had a problem since.. I also tape up when I play... the wall stretch of the Calf is the most important thing to do! You can Google the Plantar Wall stretch.. it will give you relief and it's free.. I feel better walking right after do it!

End of Story,, it's up to the umpire to enforce. it's an ASA rule..

Steve 65, at 65 you should play the game with class, if you think it's ok for catcher verbal interference I'm glad you are 15 years out of my division!
March 19, 2013 swing for the fences	Topic: Rules of the game Discussion: Catcher's verbal interference I'm with HJ,,, and any of us that have played this game know that it's total Crap for a catcher to make any noise while the batter is in the process of hitting or the pitch has been delivered and in play.. I wouldn't let this get to me as the batter, however could see how this would screw some people up... I don't even care if the ump calls illegal pitch while i'm hitting if it's something in my zone I'm letting it fly.. Anyone, that plays that way as a Catcher, is truly a Tool in my book.

I say umpire is back there and that's the first thing a hitter would be thinking from that direction! If I'm umping, I'm calling it a ball or a first base award!

I think the catcher saying anything from that direction can confuse the hitter to thinking the umpire might be saying something.. How about if the catcher is yelling no pitch from that direction.. Anyway, I think it's bush to be saying anything to the hitter while catching and the ball is in play! IMO

And once again Timothy, pay attention, I know it's difficult for you.. but I have pointed out what balls and bats... so, if you want to see what I'm talking about.. Go get c305 Aluminum single wall and a Blue stitched Skyhawk ball... Me and Serna will prove our facts! Anything else you have to say on the matter is BS just like you pimping a senior bat and then crying they are to hot... which is it with you.. Very delusional thinking on your part..

I guess If I was in your shoes I would ask GOD Sport Company when do they expect the stamp approval!
