Discussion: 50 MAJOR & MAJOR PLUS COMBINED

A couple of things here, the other association that does not have major+ still has great parity between the teams. We are major and beat major+ teams often, and the beat us the same. Are there some teams that get beat on a regular basis? Yes but in every division you have teams that get beat a lot more than they win.

Tim you hit the nail right on the head. If you are over 50 and can't afford to pay for yourself you should probably get a part time job on the weekend. Being that close to retirement and not being able to support your own hobbies isn't a good thing.

I know being a better player you are used to having someone pay for everything but sponsors have left the game and aren't coming back. Maybe it is a good time to be grateful we had them in the first place. I know I could buy a really nice house with the money I have spent over the years, I have no regrets but I am not going to continue to do this on 50+ year olds.
I had 1 guy that played golf 2 times a week at 120.00 a day but would call and complain he couldn't afford to split a hotel room with somebody for 2 nights, I don't think he is playing anywhere now.

Discussion: How to get more teams willing to play in the Major-plus division

There's been major teams that won and did not move up. They also returned with almost the exact same team.

There is no procedure, every company knows it will work no one has figured out how to make it work.

1.21 bpf is just that. Companies can increase durability, sweet spot handle flex etc.... There is only 1 way to make a bat hit farther and still pass the test. Of all of the bats I tested none have figured it out.

Tex Tran, what you were seeing is bending modes. There are 4 in a bat and everyone has been trying to eliminate at least 1 for over 20 years now.

Someone has figured it out.

Discussion: Vegas Updates. .

These guys run full speed for the month before and 12 days during the tournament, and at every field there is more problems than most of us could handle. Posting scores is at the bottom of a very long list of things to do when trying to keep a tournament running on time.

Brian this is an outright lie. I never talked to you and I NEVER said do not tell any one that the bat broke, you can come on here and bad mouth me all you want you are a liar. I do remember my conversation with the owner of the bat. As a matter of fact when I got back on sunday I had an email from the owner to contact him about buying another bat of another brand. If I am lying why would this man send me that email. I will send them to taits to verify if you would like.

The force it would have taken to do this damage the box would have been destroyed. The box was not. I also would have gotten a credit for the bat so cost is not an issue.

Yes I do remember the bats I sold to your group at wholesale so you guys could make some money for your team, sorry my bad. I also remember replacing some of the ones with paint defects at no charge, my bad again. So the only issue I address is the bat was damaged and I have pictures if you would like to see them.

Well Brian the ABS plastic end cap was smashed in when the bat was received here. Abs is not easy to damage. Pictures were sent to the owner and we discussed the bat. I don't know what happened to the bat but it is damaged in a way that it would not be replaced.

It appears that the bat was smashed into the ground violently.

Good luck in Vegas.

Wayne I am going to go out on a limb here and say your post may have been deleted because of what someone else posted in the thread and not what you posted.

Many threads get deleted because of others jumping into the thread. Did a Dudley rep post in your thread? That could have been the reason.
