| April 27 DaveDowell Men's 70 4323 posts | DRAFT Game Schedules and Brackets for SESSION #1 of the 2013 Brickyard Invitational Qualifier in Indianapolis have been posted and are available from the links below and on the event's Tournament Page ... As always, these TENTATIVE schedules are subject to change and become final ONLY when released as "OFFICIAL" at the Manager's meeting before play commences ... NOTE: Managers who do NOT attend the meeting will be presumed to be fully informed on ALL matters (such as schedule changes, tourney formats and rules issues) discussed at the meeting. Tournament rosters are “frozen” as of the Manager’s Meeting. NO on-site player additions are allowed without Tournament Director approval before team’s first game. Managers who do not attend Manager Meeting, and do not send a representative, will be prohibited from beginning tournament play before check-in with Field Director and are prohibited from Roster additions ... The Master Games & Fields Grid and the Participating Teams Tab have also been posted ... Good luck to all! Schedule NoteThis is an extremely tight schedule in order to allow for a two-day event (NO empty game slots on the weekend, coupled with very early and moderately late starting times) ... Please provide your input to the Tournament Director regarding expanding the event another day and/or securing additional playing facilities for next year ... | May 1 SSUSA Staff 3505 posts | MANAGER MEETINGS • The Manager Meetings for the Brickyard Invitational 2013 are as follows: SESSION #1 • One hour before your first game of the day on Thursday. SESSION #2 • FRIDAY evening at the 2nd floor Restaurant/Lounge in the main building at the ball park. Manager check-in is 5:30-6:00 PM. The Manager Meeting is at 6:00 PM and should last no more than 30 minutes. NOTE: The Park has agreed to waive the normal entry fee for those attending the Manager Check-in and Meeting on Friday evening. |
