Swing Makeover 10..Add 50 Feet of Distance and Line Drive Speed by snapping wrists and hips in Sync
Top pros and our staff show 4 techniques for increasing the force and timing of the wrist snap with the hip snap...so they are in sync and one motion.

Another great video. One other small adjustment that I recommend to enhance wrist snap is lining up the middle knuckles of both hands on the grip basically in a line and this positions the wrist for maximum snap. I have found that if you line up middle knuckles of the top hand with the bottom knuckles of the bottom hand, as many batters do, it impedes the wrist snap. That works for me-any other thoughts?

yeah, thats a great point webbie...even if a hitter uses an overlap, we can still rotate and line up
