The 2nd of the 4 part series on cutting the ball. This focuses on the role of the lead wrist and how it often doesn't release in time, causing a loopy swing, and bat head drop and drag. Pro's demonstrate and we introduce a drill package to fix the flaw and cut thru the part of the ball we want to attack. All shows can be accessed off our website at www.sportstechnique.com Shows are free.
