If a 65 major player starts playing for a 60 major team, will his experience rating be 65 major plus when he plays with a 65 team ???????

bbb ... Fine point "eligibility" issues are outside of my scope of expertise and authority ... My best suggestion is to call the Sacramento Home Office at (916) 326.5303 during normal business hours on the Left Coast and ask for the eligibility folks ... Be prepared to give specific player and team name(s) so that you get a better determination from them ... Good luck! ...
