| May 24, 2007 danhughes 2 posts | Books on Adult Slowpitch Why are there so few books available about slowpitch softball for adults? Several million people enjoy the sport, and there is a lot of traffic on the softball internet sites, but very little written material is out there. Jim Ramsey's book (http://www.softballbook.com/) and my book (http://danhughesbooks.com) are about all I can find (not counting a few "drink beer in the dugout"-type books). And no books at all for seniors? Or am I just not looking in the right places? Do you think a book about senior softball would sell? Thanks, ---Dan |

| May 24, 2007 Fred Scerra Men's 80 547 posts | When Jim Ramsey's book first came out (which I thought was great) I suggested to him that he should include a Senior Softball section in the book. He said he would look into putting it in the 2nd edition but I don't know if he ever did. There are enough differences especially pitching to a plate/mat to warrant at leas 1 chapter on Senior Softball |
