Aug. 15 CLUBBER 18 posts | Does anyone else experience difficulties with getting questions answered via email from Senior Softball ? |

Aug. 15 SSUSA Staff 3510 posts | CLUBBER ... The SSUSA office normally answers correspondence in the order it's received ... Looks like maybe that approach doesn't fit with your personal timing expectations? ... The only "hitch" in the system at the moment is that George, who receives the highest percentage of correspondence, has not been medically released to return to work following a major heart attack and resultant surgery in June ... Others in the office are handling that load as best they can in addition to their own responsibilities while he recuperates ... Hopefully you'll see what you're looking for soon ... |
Aug. 16 Benji4 Men's 55 289 posts | I emailed the SSUSA office and got a response within 15 minutes. Also received a second follow up email to my second question. So I would say they respond in more than a timely manner. |
Aug. 17 Funwiththesuns 37 posts | I have e-mailed SSUSA a number of time with questions that I've had and their response has been very quick and understandable. They have explained thing to were I understand and if I didn't they would instruct me to call the office an ask for the person who would have the answer. These people don't just sit on their butt, they work like all the rest of us. If you only knew how much they have to do with the staff that they have you would better understand. They are a few staff member, but their are thousands of softball players with question. Please give them time to response. |
