tonight an umpire told a player here in arkansas that they had just outlawed the ultra II according to usssa. is that for league or is it for tournament play as well??

USSSA banned the Ultra II years ago! The only place you can us an Uktra II is outlaw leagues and senior softball!

Michigan Vet is correct, the U2 isn't leagal in USSSA or senior USSSA.
