| Oct. 22 hombre Men's 60 240 posts | Anyone home at Combat? After seeing the SeniorSoftball News ad for the gray combat DaBomb, for $165 delivered, I went to the Anaconda web address listed under the ad. The gray combat was listed at $199. I thought that I would call the number listed for Anaconda and find out how one could purchase said bat for $165 delivered. After listening to the recording I chose one of the six offerings. The phone rang and rang, but no answer. My second selection did not answer either. After listening to the recording for the third time a fella in retail told me I needed to talk to Kevin or Chuck and he connected me to the operator. I asked the operator if I could speak to Kevin or Chuck and I heard an immediate click followed by a recording saying that Chuck wasn't in the office on Wednesday and gave me a cell numer. Maybe i'm just a crotchity old man, but it seems to me that the operator should have known if Chuck was in this day. Maybe the operator could even have said something like, hold on for Chuck instead of click. Perhaps a little telephone etiquette whould have been nice. If there had been someone to answer the phones in the first two depts. that I called, maybe there would be an increase in sales. Just a thought. If there is anyone out there who knows how I could order one of the gray combats for $165 delivered, please let me know. Thanks, Hombre |

If you need assistance before that call 800-327-0074 ext 110 Kayleigh. She runs the show when I am away. Right now we only have 29-30 balanced in the gray and 26-27-28 in the red. |
