Hitman I almost gave up on that ultra2. I went hit went hit with it off the tie today to try and break it in somemore. In my mind this ultra 2 should have hit farther than the new ones I have. Today it hit just like it was suppose to. I'm very satisfied with the distance and can't wait until it gets a little warmer so I can hit live BP. It took over 700 BP swings. 90% with pitching and the rest with the tie. I never had a original Ultra2. They say some take longer than others. I'm glad it came around. Thanks for the bat Jim. See you in Birmingham.

Don hope to see ya'll in the Birmingham warm up. I'd have to move to Georgia, Alabama or Florida to play 60 Major. So all I can do is what I can do. I'm just a average Joe trying to play senior softball. When I'm 5'8'' tall I can't really hurt anybody out there in the softball world. I hope you had a great Christmas and you have a great softball New Year.

Hey Lefty,
Happy New Year,
I told you when you got it wasn't broke in.
Now that it has poped stay away from the batting practice.
I think I still have a couple orginal with ASA stamps including the 27oz one like new that I might sell.
I just bought two more (1 26 and 1 27) both originals but the price just keeps going up. I'm going to stick with my 28 for now!!!!!!!!!!!
Not sure what I'll do with these when I get them but they are supposed to be in great shape.
See you in B'ham

Hey Guys, Happy New Year! Aren't you glad '09 is here?! I have heard from 8 teams so far and others are suppose to let me know something over the next few weeks. So, I think we will have a pretty good turn-out for Birmingham. Look forward to seeing everyone and maybe playing on two good feet myself, this year. Take care.

Oh Yeah, guys, I am still needing 3-5 more players for our new 50/0ver team. If you know of anyone in Al, Tn, or Ga, please ask them to give me a call or leave me info here.

Southpaw,
Happy New Year to you also.
Hope the foot continues to heal.
On the 50's have you got contacts with the James R Smith Trucking bunch? About half of them should be in the 50's now and I know they were wanting to play last year but never got it worked out.
If I hear of anybody else I'll give you a shout or get them to contact you.
Take care and God Bless,
The Hitman #13
