Visting Salt Lake City - Can I get in any games?
In SLC for a conference from 6/16 through 6/20...

Does anyone know if there is a Senior League in SLC?

If so, is there a contact person or location/dates of games where I might be able to serve as a pool player?

I have my SPA card and can play any position. Thanks in advance. Post here or send an email to ce_grubb@yahoo.com

I play in the Nebraska Senior Softball league at this time if anyone wants to verify the roster at the website:

www.neseniorsoftball.com playing for the Rangers.

Thanks. Chuck

this is the western nationals, you mean SSUSA will let anyone pickup a player that has not qualified with a team, and play in this tournament. if so there is no reason to have rules.

just a thought

LP,

Next time carefully read the OP and you won't get the panties in a bunch. I am VISITING looking for a Senior LEAGUE to play a couple games.

Looking for information ONLY and did not even ask about Western Nationals (which looks like it was held LAST WEEKEND).

Geez, ask a freakin' question and get flamed for wanting to play a couple games.

Reggie 44, thanks for the info you sent about the LEAGUES at that one complex. I may head out there to play as a sub if they need anyone.

Chuck you sure are welcome. I had to go back and re-read your post cuz I could'nt understand what LP was bringing up the Western Nationals?? Anyway they also play at the Cottonwood Complex which is 45th south and 13th east but I am not sure if any Senior Leagues are going on there. Good luck and nice talking to ya!

I apologize Omaha Chuck i jumped the gun about it being the western nationals. its just after there was bald face cheating in the georgetown,tx tournament( a qualifier for the world) a ssusa rep. knew about the underage player in one game for he was playing on that team. and a few of those players from that tournament switched teams without a release, i was all wound up. for in texas it seems you can play on multiple teams in same division. some of this got corrected, for the texas state championships. but if not brought up there would have been several illegal players.
the integrity of senior softball is at stake here in texas.
