I stop playing for 11 years and started playing agian about 5 yrs. ago. I hit about .700 avg. just hitting base hits, doubles and tribles. Well I found this web site called swingmechanics and it sure did the trick. Now I get 30 out of 75
over a 300' fence be using his method of hitting. It works. Before the I watch this tape I might been able to hit the 375 44 core balls 270' with luck. The web site is www.swingmechanics.com You'll hit harder balls.

Lefty, I have hit with Todd Graham on several occasions and am very impressed with his hitting. I have seen his first DVD and I now hear that now he has a second DVD.
Both of us will be on the same team in Savannah at Randall Boone's tournament this comming weekend, March 4 & 5.

The site has many good points. However, it is like a golf swing. If you try and think about too many different tips during a swing, you can't be smooth. I try and work on mechanics in bp and just concentrate on the ball in a game.

I have also hit with Todd and have been impressed with the power he has in his swing. I have his DVD and it help me just to review to see what I am doing wrong when I go into a 0 for game. He mechanics is always the same on every swing when you watch him. the only change in the ball is where he make contract. For a small player I was him hit some 400+ homeruns.
