Tell me it ain't so,Windy City re-rated back down to major.Very good team,won everything in Major in 07.Curious indeed.Is this going to be the trend?

I agree that Windy City was as good a Major team as there was in '07. Seems like they were right where they belonged as Major Plus... If SSUSA wants more M+ teams, this is hard to understand!
