Just spoke to Joanna. She said they are looking for a reglar room for Mark. He has no IV's hooked up--just monitors. Doctors said the 4 stints he had put in in October are working great. He put in one more stint in a place that had not been blocked in October. He said it was just a freaky thing and that Mark should be fine. Mark suggested to the Dr. that he might have to quit playing softball. Dr. asked him "Why in the world would you want to do that?" Dr. said to rest a couple of weeks, and get back on the field as soon as he felt like it. Mark and Joanna realize how blessed he is to be here today and said to thank everyone for their prayers and phone calls.

Thanks Elmo; I had tried to contact JoAnna multiple times. I thought Mark was so excited losing his weight & was very vibrant. I hope & pray that he will be OK. Thanks again.

I talked to Mark this morning (Sunday) and he expects to be back at work soon and said the small amount of damage to his heart will soon heal.

I also talked w/Mark Sunday; he thinks he may go home today or tomorrow; will try to come & see the team @ Augusta. I told him the picture of his sexy PJ's might wind up on the internet; he said better not. Anyway, he was in laughing & in good spirits & wanted to thank everyone for their prayers.

Mark & JoAnna(wife) came up to Augusta, Ga. to see the team on Saturday (4/16). He looked great; he was smiling the entire time. Here is what happened to him a few days ago: He had chest pains & took some Malanta, the pain stayed so he went to the hospital. They had to revive him 2 times. Afterwards, he sees things different; he cherishes each moment he is around his friends & hangs on every word. During our game with Faith Electric, I noticed that he was clutching JoAnnaís hand the entire time. After our game I got Mark to come out & we formed a circle, Mark spoke & we prayed; a great spirit from heaven filled the air. He wanted me to thank all of the people who prayed.
Thanks to this message board for the instant ability to contact all of our senior friends!!!

We have no guarantee of tomorrow, so letís cherish the people of today; cause things come & go, but friends last forever.
