Technical rule clean up should be goof if they got all of them, there were many.
Shall" get them means you do their job imo. We pay to play not retrieve balls. Just makes life easier for them. hope a team has more than 10 players and it wasn't that batter before the 3rd out... GAME DELAY COMIN.
Box will still be a problem, erasure of lines is not enforced many players still "Run up" to hit and with this it will get worse. The box was implemented for a reason. Seems as now they really are ignoring it.
Pretty good job on the Equalizer change.
Bat illegalities not fully covered. imo IF more than one player is, has used said questionable bat which does happen quite a bit, how do or are you, going to apply it...?
Flip the flop, two were asleep during vote.
PPR\MNHZ rule both worthless. I think these voters were all snoring or drank way too much.
HR for M+ well you got something out of it at least.
CA-FL restrictions will screw a few teams.
Now, to wait another year ....lmao.
Happy Holidays

I got my info from the link in the red above. just went through it and made my comments on most all of it.
I'm sure I won't be the only one with something to say either way.
Happy Holidays.
