After several months of occasionally debilitating knee pain, Glucosamine/Chondroitin, and even the message board recommended apple cider vinegar, an MRI showed a severly torn meniscus. I had it arthroscopically treated and am looking forward to returning to softball as an active player. I recommend that all who experience chronic knee pain have an MRI so as to get a more complete diagnosis. Oh, yes, I will continue on the Glucosamin vinegar.

Mel, good going. But dont rush it coming back. No sense undoing what the Dr patched up.

Mel, Since I had the shot most of the discomfort is gone.the doctor said that I will need surgery sometime but a 6 month recovery is hard to take. Playing first base now. Terri says hello. We played in the ACC tourney and went 2 and 0 yesterday but got rained out today. Us and the NY STREAKS where both two and 0. Thanks Harry
