| Feb. 14, 2011 wagon487 Men's 50 503 posts | Thanks to Kayson, Pete and Curt! I played for Metro Stars, put my rental car keys in a Kayson players bag by mistake. Called Pete, told him what happen, he tracked down the bat bag with the keys, met the person that had the keys, picked them up and then drove back 45 minutes and met me half way to give me my keys. He saved me at least $400 and a lot of time. Pete and Curt had left the field about 1 hour before I realized what had happened. What a great thing they did!!!! Thanks and see you guys soon. Looks like both games were down to the wire. See .. you guys didn't need all that BP we got the past few weeks. Sorry I missed you guys but 2 of my grand daughter's were baptized on Sunday and Pop Pop could not miss that. Had 2 days of fun and saw some old faces i hadn't seen in awhile. Good luck to you and stay warm. Dave Alarcon (Conman) Morgan Keegan |
| Feb. 16, 2011 BruceinGa Men's 60 2438 posts | We got the call when we were about 50 miles north of Winterhaven. In our car we had a red Tanel, a black Tanes and a Blue Maxx bat bat. We put our heads together (ouch) and realized it was Mike (Leroy on the bd) with the blue Tanel. Glad everything worked out. |
