July 27, 2011 BruceinGa Men's 70 3233 posts | Yes, you can. Any bag, ASA, ISA, NSA and/or USSSA approved can be used. I know SPA doesn't allow fast pitch bats. |

Aug. 15, 2011 Mario Men's 50 451 posts | Vinny LV do you still have the 29 0z.Melee for sale? Is it EL or balanced? |
Aug. 20, 2011 Omar Khayyam 1357 posts | Talked to a guy at the NCSSA tournament this weekend. His team loved the Reebok Melee and about half the guys were sharing two bats, one an end load and the other balanced. His praise was that "it swings like a Miken!" They thought it had as much pop as the Ultra II, maybe a bit more. This was a 60 or 65 AAA team with not a lot of sluggers. The end load had already broken on the second day (probably about 75-90 hits max), but the guy was enthusiastic about the performance, if not the durability. |
Aug. 20, 2011 mad dog Men's 65 4191 posts | omar the reebok has been a hit or miss for durability, mine has at least 200 swings on it and seems to be holding up fairly well.i got mine after the production snfu was found and corrected tho.still like my combats tho..... |
