In the past I have attended spring training in Lake City, Fl. and Jacksonville. This comming spring there will be a "Classic" Spring Training Armstrong Park in Jacksonville, Fl. There will be a senior division this time so don't think you can't compete with everyone else.
For more information go to:

I hope to see you there!

Bruce,

I've read about Spring Training on the Mohr board for years and would love to join you in this, but since SPA insists on starting the 60's division in all its tournaments on Friday, that absorbs all my vacation time. My wife has to be getting a little tired of using all our time off for softball. Maybe I'm the only 60+ player who still works.

I understand. I didn't make the Softball Magazine Spring Training last year but did attend the rest. We had a great time taking bp, swapping stories, more bp and then some fun filled competition. We had many from the North East as well as Arizona and one from Tocama, Wa.
At 56 I'm still working but have the luxury of having 6 or 7 weeks of vacation/personal/holiday time a year.

TexasTransplant, I'll be 60 next year and will be working at least until 62. I'm in the same boat as you, I guess I'll just have to go on Saturdays some of the time and skip all the Friday games.

I will be there also, I am sure is will be a super as the first 2 that I attended. It's great to see players that I only get to see once or twice a year.

Yes Wes, there is room for everyone. The three that I attended in the past had between 30 and 50. Curt said if more than anticipated attended, we would get another complex.
