what if the assoc's would give a greatly reduce tourney fee(at least half off),if your div had no others to play(same age and rating) and you played exhibition instead.no prizes just games,at least 5, so you can at least play together.no equalizer given or taken(might need to adjust hr rules),make the age groups +/- 1 up or down,keep the ratings close so as to at least have some competition.with all the way some teams are spread out do ya think this would be a feasible option,specially in the upper ones,what do you think......

Maddog great question. I tried something several years ago along the lines you suggested and it quickly devolved into a cluster ****. Maybe I just had a bad day but it started to gravitate to what everyone was comfortable with. This team should not be here, this team hits too many HR's, we need 5 runs, We're not an upper team we should be in the lowers, it went on and on. I had several of these lined up to go with SSUSA the decision was made to cancel them due to the bad publicity that potentially could be generated.

dang sounds like ya had a bunch of cry babies,dang an exhibition game means just that,play and have fun.nothing on the line just some time on the field....sorry joe that happen to you,good on ya for trying at least.
