TOMAR77........
"This just get's OLD. What is it that those on the Board want to change The Senior Game !?
Not the Baseball Game that we all played in our younger years, but a game that has been modififed to accommadate our slower reflexes and weaker eyesite so that we can keep the fatality rate at a reasonable level."

Is this for real? Special bats that ONLY guys over 50 can legally use accommodate our slower reflexes?????? Really???? You think that?????

I am lost on where to go from here......................

Tomar77, you in one breath were throwing us under the bus for thinking and the next you were just opening mouth and inserting foot. What in the hell were you trying to say? For someone talking about others not using commonsense, you might have heard this one before? Don't throw stones if you live..... Well you know!

Gary 19,First off , thank You for your response , althought I may not agree with you , maybe some clarification is in order.
The words of Fatality Rates was said in jest , and yes as is in any sport deaths can happen because of unsafe equipment . That was not my point. I enjoy the senior equip.& want it to be available for those that choose to use it. My point was that by going to 2 or 3 Divisions you could be endangering those of us who do not have the same abilities as our Major+ Brother's. There are all kinds of reasons why player's cannot compete at the upper divisions , why would you want to erase them by eliminating the Lower divisions. By having the AAA , AA Divisions you expand the pool of player's and keep the Senior Softball Tournaments viable for the Assosciations to stay in business , thereby providing a way for ALL of us to continue to enjoy the game we Love , not the game of eliminating player's. I guess we could all go to WOODEN BAT's and MUSH BALLS , that would make some of you all HAPPY , as we can probably go to 1

Pricer , please note response to Gary 19. Hopefully that will clarify my response to your Thread. But to you I say. I have broken to many Glass House's already , but just like I use the new and improved Senior Equip., I now have a Plexie Glass House. Only problem is that sometimes the ROCK's bounce back and nail my ass ! Oh well, guess I'll start using foam rock's.I did not mean to dimmish your Thread , considering the amount of responses you generated , I was remiss and the fact that I closed out the Thread at 130 responses (sorry) ,I believe your challenge of what fellow player's want to have changed is legimate! So can I take my foot out of my mouth , I am FREAKING , Starving !
