FEBRUARY 4TH TOURNAMENT IN HEMET, CALIF.
A great tournament put on by SCSST. The director, to the liking of the team managers, conducted a 1 day tournament to start off SUPERBOWL weekend. This format allowed over 26 teams to compete in 4 divisions and get in some playing time. The weather was in the mid 70's and hot air balloons were flying in the distance.
Thanks to Donnie, Diane, and Gary for putting on a SUPER tournament. Also liked the fact that they allowed several teams to switch fields in late afternoon to eliminate the sun being a factor. Results will be posted on their web site...SCSST.com.

I totally agree. Donnie and the SCSST staff put on a good tournament. All the teams looked pretty competitive. They even provided restaurant info on a great B-B-Q location. Our team had an enjoyable day with 3 games and then home.

Olden Slow: Porta potties were located on the 3rd base fence lines of North Field #8 and South Field #3. There were at least 6 at each location.

I have pictures of the new $2.3 Million dollar two story restroom / snack shack / bar / meeting room if anyone is interested. Suppose to be done in August 2012. Just drop me an email. wwm1@adelphia.net
