The weather was superb on Sunday as some of the giants in our sport duked it out. The Masters Division ended up with two World Champion teams for the gold. J.K. and Magic Sports Unforgiven came down to the last out before deciding that J.K. was our Diamond Invitational winner for this year. On Sunday in Division One after six and a half innings NCI slugged their way to a slim lead over the Nighthawks. In the bottom of the 7th with two out and the winning run on third the Nighthawk hitter drilled one just past the outreach of the NCI pitcher to go on to be our Division One Champ. As this was going on Top Gun 50s were playing So Bay 50s for the Division Two Crown. In the end it was South Bay 50s for the victory. Great softball guys and fun to watch. See you all next time. Masters: 1. J.K. 2. Magic Sports Unforgiven Divison 1: 1. Knighthawks 2. NCI Division 2: 1. So. Bay 50s 2. Top Gun 50s |
