March 24, 2012 armiho211 Men's 70 368 posts	ED- yes you did, i got a 28 oz balanced melee in feb of 2011, broke in about 25-30 swings in 72 deg weather. you got me an return auth immed. and a couple of weeks later, at the TOC in florida, one of you homeboys chased me down at the hanger where the banquet was being held and gave me my replacement. the replacement is still going strong after a year, but i alternate it with a 28 ultra 2. you guys went overboard for me on the customer service end, and i was extremely pleased with your overall effort in taking care of broken bat problem. i dont think an another bat co would have done what you boys did.
