Tried the acai for a while.......too expensive. but I did add Protandim to my Glucosomine, condroitin and MSM and It's given me some good results. This is not an ad just an opinion.

ASEA is not the same thing as Acai. Google it.

Many of the Googled articles on ASEA seem to be planted by ASEA advocates (including kbl's link to a likely company site) and are not really investigative reports. Whether ASEA is a legitimate scientific breakthrough or not is yet to be confirmed with unbiased tests in a recognized scientific environment (medical school, medical journal, FDA, etc.). It does seem that ASEA is sold through a Multi Level Marketing approach which often leads to overzealous sellers and overpriced product (since the profits have to be shared over several levels). For a more skeptical look at ASEA, try the following link http://repspace.com/forums/p/2811/6138.aspx

Don't know about ASEA but I tried an all natural supplement for arthritis pain. It is called Reumofan Plus. I did the research and bought some. i was suffering from left knee pain for 2 mths. A week ago I was playing and could barely run. For a guy like me that is tough because I am known for my speed and I am a PE teacher. A couple of teammates told me about Reumofan Plus. I started taking it on Wednesday and felt immediate results. Two pills per day to start. By this Saturday morning when we played again I was running fine. No limping, sprinting around bases and chasing balls all over the outfield.
My wife started taking it as well. She has 3 herniated discs. She has stated she feels better mobility and less discomfort in the past 4 days she has been on it. The teamates that told me about this stuff had results in less than a month. One has a couple of slipped discs and struggled to bend. The other had a bad shoulder and was unable to throw overhand for 2 yrs. Well, the bad back player was bending at 3rd and 1st like he was 40 again. The player with the bad right shoulder was making overhand throws that I have not seen in 2 yrs.
It is a bit pricey at $20 for 30 pills but well worth it for me. I am able to buy it at a small nutrition store where I live. But I also found it for a lower price on e-bay. The supplement does come out of Mexico and I live 35 miles from the border and am able to also go to Juarez and purchase it as soon as I buy my bullet proof vest.
This is just something I wanted to share with my senior breathren. It may not work for some of you guys but for me it was worth the $20 investment to at least give it a try. If any of you guys will be at the Spring Training tourney in Phoenix this weekend look me up. I will be playing at Sahauro Ranch fields for Team Cruces. Wearing number 2.
