Compete patella tendon tear
Hurt my knee at the SPA in Montgomery this past weekend. Had a MRI Monday here in B'hma and the word is patella tendon tear. When under the knife today at UAB Highlands to repair it. Put me a full cast for 6 week then 6 more week. I would like to thank Don and the SWARM for there prayers. I would like to also thanks those guy I meet at the tournament for keep my spirit up. I ask that you keep in your prayers and God Bless.

Hang in there, on my first tournament in senior softball I tore my right achilles, 4 days later had surgery, 5 months later was back playing softball.

Dave,
I saw your video on Youtube.It was the best one I have seen for old men like me.I have my second post op with my surgeon on Wednesday.I tore mine in a cricket match running as fast as i could and shifting my weight suddenly sprinting.Any advice??

Dave, I just had my thyroid removed and as you know, living in the mountains, I can't tune up as many of you can in the warmer, lower elevations can. Any suggestions you may have for me would be appreciated. I will be playing in Vegas at end of month.
