| April 5, 2012 SSUSA Staff 3491 posts | Tentative field assignments will be announced shortly after the April 10th entry deadline. This is the first time for the Southwest Championships being held in Las Vegas, so there is no historical precedent upon which to base any field assignment "guesstimates" like we do for Rock 'n Reno. Among other factors will be the actual inventory of fields available during each session and how they are impacted by the City of Las Vegas and Clark County reluctance (read: refusal) to defer league play to accommodate evening tournament games. We will make the announcements as soon as we can base them reasonably accurately on team counts in the respective age groups and divisions. Thank you for your patience! |

| April 5, 2012 Lecak Men's 60 1026 posts | Ron I have a job I'm a consultant with the Las Vegas tourist commission. Part of my duties is to make sure that the fields don't get damaged to badly. With the GSF squad we are nervous that your team will overgraze the newly sodded fields. |
