April 28 Nancy Allen Men's 55 1438 posts | Anyone have plans of coming to the ISA Senior World in Columbus, IN in late July? Lincoln Park is one of my favorite parks in the state for a tournament. Here is the link if anyone needs it http://www.isasoftball.com/world-series-info.html. Hope to see all of you at the Brickyard next weekend. |

May 7 Nancy Allen Men's 55 1438 posts | It was great to see everyone at the Brickyard last weekend. The competition was first class; the weather was almost perfect; the conversations were great, and almost everyone seemed to have a good time (even before the Fishbowl started Margarita deliveries to the ladies Sunday). I want to thank everyone that helped make it happen, especially Tim Skinner, the groundskeeper, who ended up wearing almost every hat to keep things going and Dave Dowell for doing what he does to make everything happen and keep it going. Of course nothing would be possible without the players, the teams, the coaches, and those that put up with our softball habit. Quite a few people said that they would be going to the ISA Senior World in Columbus. There is a strong senior softball history in this town, and all of the diamonds that we played on were excellent. |
