I could use some info on a couple of items I am considering. Are the Tanel cleats that much more comfortable than the rest? Do they truly help ease some of the shock from running? What about the IB-Relief and the Titanium sleeves. Will thry help relief some of the pain of playing? I have used magnet therapy for years and it has been an surprisingly effective. Tired of painkillers as an alternative. I'm just looking for as much non-medical help as possible. Any suggestions at all will be greatly appreciated.

I don't have them yet but have been told by those that do that the new 3n2 shoes are the most comfortable shoes out there at this time. I believe the Tanels are overpriced and that seniors are being ripped off.

You might find that trail running shoes would work well for you. They have significantly more cushioning than most softball shoes and much more stability than standard running shoes. I wear Nike Air Alvords. They have a cleat almost like a turf shoe. I've worn them in the outfield--including plenty of wet fields -- for three years now with absolutely no problems.

Thanks for the input. One question Dbax who makes the 3n2 shoe? I will also look at the Nike Air Alvord.

For the best price, go to www.softballfans.com and click on the shoe on the right. They are made by the 3n2 company.

I know that the magnets work as I have used them for years. I seen the add in the latest issue of Senior Softball News on the Titaniumns Sleeves and also am wondering if they work.

BOSTON:I have several friends that have gone to the 3N2 shoes & love them. But, several of these same SENIOR players have bought the New BOOMBAH CLEATS, & love their BOOMBAH better. I am told that the BOOMBAH'S are lighter & made from real leather. Price is about the same. BOOMBAH SPORTS, also, make some very colorful pants.
If, u buy the black cleats, get 1/2 size bigger.

Good Luck........ The STONEMAN........Out
