Just to be clear, I do not know if it makes $en$e for the $plit, but more importantly I don't care. Organizations can merge and split as they deem necessary. It is the board members of the respective groups that determine direction. I just don't care to see the why(s) in a public forum, if the forum cannot affect change. We players can only participate or not in the result, we cannot cause or stop the process.

I have no dawg in this fight and have played in multiple LVSSA and SSUSA events over the past 20+ years. Divorce is never pleasant, “who gets the stuff, who gets the kids, who gets the friends.” My take on the situation is more is better. If LVSSA thinks it can improve its position for the organization and its members, go for it. The more organizations and events “might” bring down the cost of the product (tourneys) overall or it may not. Options are options and I have friends associated with both organizations, same with SPA and ISSA. Either way airing issues publicly is not beneficial to anyone. If one organization has a legal complaint, we have systems in place to litigate same. If one organization is a better marketer (?) or negotiator then that will be demonstrated in more attractive dates and attendance. If the product is not up to par due to experience or lack there of, that will be demonstrated by comments and or resulting attendance. Please everyone take a breath and let the free market work. Stay safe and “Play Ball”.

What is the big deal here. We were playing ball when other others were and LOCKED DOWN. I have no problem following protocols whether I agree with them or not. Not the point, small sacrifice for an opportunity. As in other situations, if you don't like it, just don't play.

Webbie if you weren't playing short left field at 3rd base and did not want to move. it would not be an issue. Catcher comes out, pitcher covers home, walk the runner into an out. Besides you are retired, maybe you ought to chime in on the gamestop message board.

I just spent 7 days in St George playing softball. I have nothing, but compliments for the people of St George, SSUSA and the park staff. I admit I played at Canyons both sessions so the best of the best. Covid is real and we as a group are adjusting. The staff work diligently to try and keep us safe from ourselves.

Spending time with friends some old, some real old and new is a wonderful thing. Of
h and by the way there was some really good softball. Kudos to the umpiring crew, I can't remember all of their names, because I fall in the real old category, but Mike, Marcus, and Eddie hustled their butts off to get the best possible look at a play. Yes Marcus I did google you.:-)

Again Kudos to all Players and those who make it possible to play. We needed this as a group for our mental well being if nothing else. Prayers to all.

At least I am half right, never the case with my wife. She does think I am half funny/smart, I think that is why she calls me a half-wit.

That depends on the players rating. If he carries the M+ rating then no. Just saying, not that I ever disagree with DD.

Not really many places to hit in PV, but if you come in on Friday night you might want to go to: https://www.facebook.com/FullSwingSportsCenter/

You might have some luck outside hitting at: Antelope Park 8075 E Powers Ave, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314.

Restaurants are open, but be aware, Prescott and PV are very serious about speed limits, hands free cell phone use, and using your seat belts.

Some people like to continue to argue even when given a definitive answer. Not me, Not Doug. When given the answer the other individual, he said, must be a Prescott rule because that is not the rule. Geez what part of live ball does some people not understand. Prescott is 20 - 25 degrees cooler than Phoenix. Yeah us.

Help me out. When a batter runner passes a preceding runner for the 3rd out. What portion of the rule book references this: Live ball, runner from 3rd scores or not. Timing play. ?????

I am playing 65's with the AZ Scorpions, but we are not going to play until Worlds. I am looking to play for a 60 team as soon as the 30 day moratorium is lifted in AZ. Catcher DH and some 1st.
