I don't have the facts but in speaking with someone that knows a little about the 2 of them he may have scammed her also. Yes I do know she was is an educated woman that was also a CPA and knows the rules but sometimes love is blind to the improprieties that seemed to occur. The story I was told is he meet her and they married 8 days later. That to me sounds like a predator looking for the next victim. I could be wrong but that is MY opinion on the matter. Was he selling her B.S. while this is going on? I don't know but it could be. I think that the past improprieties on his behalf tells more of the story than we know. It is difficult for me to believe that a successful lady with a lot of good things in her life just decides to change all of it over night. Con men are good at what they do, look at all of the successful intelligent people Madoff and many others duped. |

These balls have been used in leagues since June of this year. Everyone that has used it in leagues has already committed to them for 2016. There is NO softball that is close when it comes to durability and no non cheater balls can compare in performance. |

| Dec. 14, 2015 tattooball | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Tattoo Nx3 softballs ASA does not allow a .44/375 ball for championship play so we did not put the ASA stamp on the .44/375. We do have them without the stamp. In league play the ASA rule book does not apply. It is for Championship play only. Being that most leagues can use any ball that is .44/375 I felt no need to license the ball and pay fees for a ball that technically is not legal. As for the USSSA balls they have not had cor/comp on them for many years. The classic plus ball is a .52/275-300 and the Classic M ball is a .40/325. |

The BP ball will hold up great in all weather, the others will lose some according to the temps except for the .52/300. That being said they will hold compression better because the core is totally sealed. As far as multi layer balls, they will be a little less in extreme heat but better than non multi layer balls. I do sell multi layer balls as I designed the ones you are referring to in the first place, I have my own version of those. So if it is just for B/P they are great and much less damage to a bat. For games they are better than non multi layer balls by far. If you only use multi layer balls I have them also. |

The difference is that the cover is the most durable on the planet and is fused to the core, so no lose covers. The ball stays round and tight for a long time. I am still hitting the original test balls from June 2014 and they fly as good as all of the new ones I have added to the bag over the last 12 months. I am adding 2 more dozen this week and will hit again on Friday, it is almost going to be 60 here. Also the cover is the same material as skateboard wheels so you know it has to be durable, however we mix it to be softer. Happy holiday season to all. |

You don't have to just accept getting older, many things you can do to perform better at any age. I know many guy's playing that will never reach their real age, they just keep going and going like the Eveready bunny. |

The ball in Vegas is a multi layer ball, I designed that ball in 2004. The NX3 is a totally different design. I don't recommend hitting a multi layer for BP ever they are very hard on bats. This ball is not very hard on bats but will still fly very well. I do have another model of this ball coming in sometime early spring that if you are looking for pure distance it is insane. It is called the Long Distance I will warn you that it is not very bat friendly. |

They will break in bats with minimal damage to a bat. Safer to hit than any .44 cor ball and better results in all temps. They will not absorb moisture and the covers make them the most durable ball made to date. |

Making it in the U.S. will be a big advantage. We do make a BP specific ball that does a lot less damage to a bat and still fly's very well. It is 2 color and holds up just as well as all of the balls we make. |

They are a real core with several processes that mold a urethane cover to the core. The end result is a 1 piece ball. Yes there is a league discount and you will not find a more durable softball anywhere. As far as senior associations 1 has a contract for ballls. I supply for a association. The others I do not deal with. I do supply these to several senior leagues around the country. |

We test everything that comes out of China, they always cut corners. We have corrected the ink problem and all of the new balls are good. |

Some of them have small scratches on them from landing in a bluestone drainage swale but other than that no damage. There are many advantages with this ball, to name a few durability is insane. The grip is always going to stay the same except for when wet but it is still far superior to composite or synthetic. The ball is 100% washable. Bat core contact is also much superior than any other cover on a ball being that the core and cover become 1 piece when finished. Most of all the ball can and will be made here in the U.S. soon enough, we are in the process of making new equipment to move the manufacturing to the states. |

March 14, 2013 ju25 Men's 55 160 posts By the way Easton stamps there name on the inside of the barrel and therefore leaves no doubt to whether or not the bat has been shaved. If you send back an Easton and the stamp is not visible they will not honor the warranty. Maybe the other companies should do this. Sorry to say but cheating has been going on forever. Cork in wood, tennis balls in aluminum etc. When you call a young gun out on an altered bat there response is" If you ain't cheating, you ain't competing". Sad!! |
