ROCK 'n RENO CHALLENGE CUP 2013 •DRAFT Game Schedules & Brackets
DRAFT Game Schedules and Brackets for SESSION #1 of the 2013 Rock 'n Reno Challenge Cup in Reno, Sparks and Carson City, NV, have been posted and are available from the links below and on the event's Tournament Page ... As always, these TENTATIVE schedules are subject to change and become final ONLY when released as "OFFICIAL" at the Manager's meeting before play commences ...

NOTE: Managers who do NOT attend the meeting will be presumed to be fully informed on ALL matters (such as schedule changes, tourney formats and rules issues) discussed at the meeting. Tournament rosters are “frozen” as of the Manager’s Meeting. NO on-site player additions are allowed without Tournament Director approval before team’s first game. Managers who do not attend Manager Meeting, and do not send a representative, will be prohibited from beginning tournament play before check-in with Field Director and are prohibited from Roster additions ...

The Master Games & Fields Grid and the Participating Teams List Tab have also been posted ... Good luck to all!

SCHEDULE NOTE • For Session #1, every division of play has been scheduled for at least two days of play at the Golden Eagle Regional Park ... This is in respoonse to player requests to play at that facility, undoubtedly one of the finest in the U.S. ... Enjoy!

GOLDEN EAGLEFIELD NUMBERS • We just learned (3:00 PM Wednesday 5/22/13) that the City of Sparks Public Safety people, Fire and Police, have required that the Golden Eagle Softball Complex field numbers be re-numbered for ease of identification and efficient access in the event of an emergency ... All of the Rock 'n Reno schedule sets, manager programs and related paperwork reflects the old numbers and have already gone to press ...

Here are the new numbers ...

*OLD* = *NEW*
Field 1 = Field 10
Field 2 = Field 11
Field 3 = Field 12
Field 4 = Field 13
Field 5 = Field 14
Field 6 = Field 15

For the more observant of you reading this, you have probably already figured out to just add "9" to the old Field numbers on the schedules to get the correct new Field numbers! ... Good luck everyone!
