Sept. 17, 2013 swing for the fences Men's 50 1224 posts | everything I have ever hear from SSUSA is the balls are not changing! 52/300 and I know a few who won't be coming! |
Sept. 17, 2013 Olden Slow Men's 75 209 posts | Dennis. Don't think they are changing a thing. I don't know of anybody that won't be playing again next season.I'm just a line drive hitter so I don't really have a dog in this fight. |
Sept. 19, 2013 Fred S Men's 85 297 posts | If they ever do run out and get yourself one of the PST's or the White/Raw Steels. That ball really jumps off that bat. We switched to the Tattoo 52/300 this year and I am hitting the ball further than I have hit for a long time with my PST's. |
Sept. 19, 2013 mad dog Men's 65 4191 posts | actually fred the senior bats hit this ball well...we use the 52 for our senior league(ASA rules)and the ball gets hit out a lot.....we use the tattoo mostly...... |

Sept. 20, 2013 Fred S Men's 85 297 posts | Should have mentioned that the ASA only bats also work very well with the 52/300. I tried a Miken Triad 3 and that ball just flew off the bat. In fact it hit too far for me and my hits now became outs. same problem I have with Senior bats, so I didn't buy it. I can't hit over outfielders heads anymore and 250' hits are just outs. |
