passing of a friend
Dennis Cola passed away today. Dennis played for teams out of Richmond, Ca in the early days with teams Decorators Studio, Gonzales, Mexican Villa, Wagon Wheel. Played 40'with Old A's, Dan Smith 40, 45 and 50 teams. A great team mate and a wonderful person. I will miss my friend

Dennis, Real sorry to hear this. I had the pleasure of playing against Dennis on many occasions and found him to be a super friendly competitor and just a real nice man. Oh Yea and he hit a beauty line drive at will. I had some fun times when he was around. MY condolences to his family.

On behalf of the Animals Softball Team we offer our condolences to the Family and friend's of Dennis.Played many games against him when he was with the Old'As and Smith's. Also personally met him several times at the Italian Liqure Club in Oakland at there monthly dinner's.
