At Softball Magazine's Senior Camp we hit Dudleys, Hyper Z's, the three Mikens and the Combat Nifong.
In my opinion after two days of hitting I would rate the Nifong just a little above the Big Cat in pop. We discussed this at length and some think that we didn't have enough big hitters to break in the Big Cat. I don't know. Again, just my opinion.

I played against Combat 55 team in Myrtle Beach in Oct. and they hit some big bombs and we know that those fields are big. Ball comes off real nice,if your a Combat person the Nifong is nice. IM 757-639-5161 for more info hope this helped.

I agree with Bruce at the camp many of the players were using the new Nifong bat with good results. I just got the bat from Mike Kelly and using his rotation system I broke the bat in with about 100 swings and it really opened up and then after about 150 swings it went to a new level and the ball was flying off the bat. One of the guys hitting the bat had to have that bat so he's buying me a new Nifong.
Mike mentioned to me he has a new 30-day performance on his bats. If you don't like the bat return it and trade it for a different bat. Not sure of all the detail to find out more just email or call Mike Kelly Ultimate Sports. I'm not paid to say this just thought it was a unique concept.

Really like the new combat Ni Fong bat.For distance its as good or better than any bat that I have swung.Have about 200 swings on it and it is hot.If you like Combats this is a great bat to have in your bag.

Anyone know how durable these bats are supposed to be?

Combat has never had any real issues with durability. For a senior bat I would rate Combat actally above the average. The bigger issue with Combat has always been with the endcaps. JMO

It is my understanding that the Dudleys and the new Mikens are getting over 2000 hits. I just wondered if this bat is following suit.

I hope Combat is following Dudley and Mikens durability. Love the way Combat swings. I still have
9 of them.
