just my 2 cents on the Senior Combat, I hit it in Spring Training this weekend againt the new Ultra 2 and the older ultra 2 also the Rip it Yellow bat. It was 54 at the time that we were hitting The Senior Combat out hit them all out of the wrapper. It was sweet basehitting and when trying it hit the long ball it matched or out hit the older U2. We was hitting 44/375 ball all was new on fri. if I had to rank the bats I would rank the following
Senior combat
Older Ultra 2
Rip it Yellow (not Legal yet)
new Ultra 2

I have played on a Miken and Worth teams in the past couple years having swinging there full lines of bats the New Ultra 2 swings more with a Freak+ than a the Old Ultra 2, Was very disapointed in the Miken products that where there for everyone to swing, after my older U2's bite the dust I will start swinging the new combat line of bats they are the best out there right now,
just my two cents would like to here from anyone else

I have been hitting the combat for about 2 months. I got just over 1500 swings before it broke over the weekend. It was a very hot bat. I liked the feel of it more than the Ultra II, mainly because of the endload. Also, I was only getting between 300 and 500 swings before my Ultra II's would break. On the distance end of the bat, I was getting over 350' feet consistently.

Rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerrated,
I'm happy to say.
I played against the kids in a local tournament this weekend
and they let me swing the Senior Combat.
It was my back up one with about 40 swings on it.
With just a good swing, nothing more,
I hit a line drive about 375 to left center, that exploded off the bat, for a HR.
The kids were amazed.
I think it's hotter than the one I save just for Senior Tournaments.
It's the best bat since the grey Ultra.
After being broken in, I have 2 of them now, they feel and hit better than the Ultra 2.
Word.

We have a local guy here in Vegas who puts on tournies about twice a month and he welcomes Seniors. Rules are very Senior friendly, 7HR's and Seniors can swing any bat but the Ultra I and II, the kids complained about the Ultras. The funny thing is the Sr Combat the kids haven't quite figured that one out yet. We're one up on the kids for something.
