The Alabama 55's will be there. The fields are located adjacent to I85 at exit 51.

Bruce,
As of Tuesday the Pensacola 60's will not be going. We were told no teams in our division (Major +). See ya Atlanta.

Airbosn--
Your comment is one I will also make. The Major + teams have noone to play in the tourneys I've heard about this year. We (Houston Texans) have been to 2 tournaments in Plano. Both times, there were no other Major or Major + teams in the 55's. We wound up - both times - playing a 45+ (Touch of Grey) and 50 Major + (Mission) twice each.

I was going to propose to our sponsor that we go to Reno next year since there USED TO BE a lot of teams to play there. I just heard that the only 55 Major + team that showed up was the Old A's and THEY had no one to play!

Guess we'll have to keep playing against the kids in local tournaments to stay sharp...

Hopefully, we will have some competition in the Nationals. We are looking forward to playing teams classified the same as us.

DoubleL10,
Had to play down in Burlington NC last week. Played 50 and 55 teams. 9 teams were in our bracket and we finsihed second. Got beat in the finals by a very good major 55 team (Tidewater 55) in the bottom of the 8th. I would like to stay in age group but the desire to play tells me as long as we have a chance I will play any team. Hope to see ya in Plano and Cullman (NSA Worlds)

Airbosn-
I agree with you; I would rather have the competition of playing down in the younger age groups with their Major/Major + teams that having no fun playing against AAA teams. My reasoning is that the better competition will help us in the long run to get ready for the Nationals.
