Aug. 3 taits Men's 65 4548 posts | Good article, worth taking some heed to. Thanks |
Aug. 3 CAT 200 posts | Also, people with diabetic issues are more apt to have a silent heart attack with no warning signs what so ever... another note of interest especially with this hot, humid weather............you should always finish off your warm or hot shower with a cold shower. This will minimize the potential of a brain aneuryism.. IF a brain vessel rupture, the blood will coaggulate.....Quite a few people working in the yard or playing ball have been saved by the "cold" finish of the shower.. |
Aug. 3 Dbax Men's 65 2101 posts | As far as drinking cold drinks after a meal causing cancer, this is total BS. Check it out..... http://www.snopes.com/medical/myths/coldwater.asp |
Aug. 4 taits Men's 65 4548 posts | Dbax, Thanks for complete like to page, even more interesting, burt do not think the other was intentionally partially misleading. Alot of what is here is there, along with alot more. Take the time to ck the link and read. |
Aug. 4 Dbax Men's 65 2101 posts | I stand by what I wrote above. Drinking cold water after a meal has no cnnection to causing cancer. What are you referring to? |
Aug. 4 taits Men's 65 4548 posts | Dbax, I was agreeing with you, the 'take time to..." it part was for others ... I read the whole page. It's good. |
Aug. 4 Dbax Men's 65 2101 posts | Sorry Taits, I misunderstood! |
Aug. 4 taits Men's 65 4548 posts | I've done that once or twice, no problem. |
Aug. 5 Jetboy 62 posts | As soon as I sasw this: "A cardiologist says if everyone who reads this message sends it to 10 > people,' I realized it was an urban legend. Unrelated question. This is a forum for older softball players right? Then why the heck is the typeset so darn small? |
