| March 8 #6 Men's 60 1173 posts | I believe there were 16 teams total. We played 7 games, 4 on Saturday and 3 on Sunday.Went 2 hours 45 minute with OOPS and we won 36-35 !( 10 innings I believe) We won won 4 lost 3. |
| March 8 mad dog Men's 65 4191 posts | i'll be with the 60 spurs.just a question,how many of the 60's like the fri,sat with a possible 1 game on sunday format.me i don't even tho i'm retired and don't work,its the cost of a third nite stay that is BS as far as i'm concerned.i have been told that the TD doesn't want any nite games so we might have to be stretched out that way. |

| March 8 mad dog Men's 65 4191 posts | JBT,its the fact that we start play fri,instead of sat,there are still a lot of 60's that still work or have spouses that do.spouses like to come to our tourneys sometimes,well mine does.can't now with friday play. |

| March 8 armiho211 Men's 70 449 posts | LAYLA is planning friday, sat for the 60's, if weather interferes, it could be sunday. here is her rsponse: probably will just play Friday and Saturday. That's my plan. But if weather changes and that I cannot help, finals could be played on Sunday morning, but I plan to have beautiful weather, no delays and 65's-70's will finish on Friday, 60's on Saturday, and 50-55 on Sunday |
| March 9 LP 317 posts | JBTexas #6 said it right,my new 60's team played bad on sat.--- but something strange happed on sunday we played good defense and started hitting the ball, we won 5 games back to back and elected to not play the championship game, had to many walking wounded.we were happy to have done what we did. plus when i saw the winners got blank t-shirts that only had clute,tx 2009 on the shoulder i was even happier to have not gotten any of my players more injured for last years leftover shirts. we might be a flash in the pan team,but we flashed once ha ha. beware of the The Texas Pickups you all. |

| March 10 LP 317 posts | no we cant make georgetown,several guys cant get off on friday,and we only have eleven players. plus one of our guys,Leonard Thomas, had a heart attach at league play last night. so if you all plaease wish him a speedy recovery.he still in the hosptial, but hes alert and talking. |
