i see the the texas half century tournaments for the 60's division for 2011 start on friday, i would like to hear from the other 60's teams if they are going to be able to play many of them since they start on fridays, we dont have but a couple of players that are retired, so the vacation days will run out quick. i guess they think since you are 60 you dont have to work ha.

LP, I agree it makes it harder for teams but due to the amount divisions and teams the only way they(THC)can get all the games in is to start 65's Thursday and 60's on Friday. That is why we will only play 2 or 3 max # of the THC tourneys. Problems is SPA is doing the same thing in most of their tourneys. Things will only get harder now that they are adding the 40 division to some dates. Good luck this year.

LP, we are faced with the same challenges, approx. 1/2 of our players still work. We will probably play less SSUSA Qualifiers and more local fund raiser tournaments(San Antonio, Austin, Corpus, maybe Houston). I believe that most of these tournaments are a one (1) day tournament and are played on Saturday. I guess we only need to qualifiy in one (1) SSUSA Qualifier to play in the World Championship.

maddog we are so watered down that i think you guys might even hae a chance to whip ha ha, thats whats wrong with the nov setup having to wait so long to play that the teams become differant that what qualified , but we are going to try and win a few games and see what happens, it will be a good time either way.
