Thanks Floyd. We have a good group of guys who play well but also get along real well. We have our work cut out for us with all the competition we'll be facing coming up. Should be some fun games. When is your guys next tournament?

I'd give the ball a B-, C+ grade. It seemed decent at night but during the day it was soft. It made defense a bigger part of the game.

Stick B- really? I thought a bit better than that. You guys averaged 20+ runs a game with a B- ball and USSSA bats. With senior bats and the senior ball do you think you would have improved on that? I like the seven runs per inning and 1 up homerun rule too.

Mario what did you think of the ball used at Maumee?Do you think it was adequate for U-Trip Bats and how do you think it would perform with Senior Bats?

mario that is the 40-325 ball, great when it is below 50 degrees,it has the same prol that the 44 stotes have, any heat and the ball will die.

i hit both the classic +(52) and the classic M (40) balls, and use my senior bat for bp to hit them, and the M is ok,just need to get the back spin on it for it to go any distance, well unless your mario..LOL

Oh absolutely Floyd, especially if you allow 7 runs per inning which I agree with you on. At SPA Nationals in Georgia last month we were allowed 9 runs per inning, 7 hr's with a 1 up. If you went above 1 up it was a walk. We were well over 30 runs each game. We also used a pretty decent ball made by Baden, called the Fire I think. It flew pretty well!

The ball used in Toledo was an honest ball for u-trip bats. With senior bats, I don't think what ball you use matters much. You either hit-em a mile or 3/4 of a mile........lol.
