Discussion: 55 Major Division - Omega QSE Champions

As a member of NCI, along with Mike, I also want to compliment Omega QSE Const, They are a very solid team and they will compete effectively at Major Plus...

I also want to want apologize on behalf of team for the outburst in the "IF" game. NCI is a respectful team and the actions by ONE member, does not in anyway represent the whole team, Jim Davis and John Crawford....

Congrats OMEGA... ;) you guys are a class act and well deserved the win. Hope to you all of you guys again .. maybe in FL. or VA.

Team NCI and Mike great being your teammate... we did very good this year and let's stay the course for next year...

Discussion: Miken U II vs Combat Ambush

Well... Yesterday Saturday PM... I got to hit the AMBUSH with my teammate's 26EL bat... We in the ANAHEIM area it was very warm around 85+ degrees... The bat was very light for me.. But I was patience enough to wait and turn & drive the ball very well and far.... After a couple of swings, I found the sweetspot was at the end of the bat... easily putting the balls in the 325-340' range and I am highly impress with this bat... his bat at time, had over 200 BP hits.. we roughly put another 125+ hits between 3 guys... we used various Sr. balls: TRUMP STOTES, SPA BALLS, ROCK and EVIL BP balls... and this bat easily put more distance/pop and ball speed than my OG 29oz. UII.. and hit further and harder than my REEBOK 28 Bal which also had about 125+ BP hits on it...

The Ambush swings lighter than most Sr. bats, the barrel is very soft and the sound is deceptively (soft), not the loud crack sound, we are use to hearing.. so too me it is a very hot bat! I do plan on getting one maybe a 28 or a 30oz EL...

good job Alan..:)
