May 31, 2013 canIjack	Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Lower Back Pain Home Remedies I have purchased an Inversion machine(Stand)about year now,My stand holds 250lb., so it was strong enough to hold me,I did have my thoughts about hanging upside down and hanging by my feet, getting into and out of the hanging position. But it was a pice of cake. Man it the best. I strained my lower back 7 years ago. My back would go out every 3 to 4 months. I would wear a back brace to work and even sleep in one to line me back up. But now anytime that my lower back stars to stiffen up, I get locked in and lay back and invert at about 75 degrees some times 90 degrees for 4-5, 30 sec. intervals or until I hear and feel a few joints pop and loosen up. And in 1 session my lower back is loose and pain free. It is the best piece of equipment IMO to get instant relief from Pressure on your spine and I have not used heat pads or pain pills for my back in over a year. Do get one if you need to releve pressure on Lower, Middle and upper spine.

You guys only made 2 outs the whole game against us (D&K). We should of had 5 (LOL), but 3 errors cost us 3 outs. Hollis is a GREAT hitting Team, No dought! Joe Browns what can I say, You beat us 3 out of 3 times this in this Tourney. Also it wasn't Mike 2 HRs that hurts us, it was Webbie 3 HRs with men on every time that hurt us in our final lost. Nice games to the both of you and the rest of the Joe Brown Team. Tell Joe, I'll will have those Beers before the game next time if and when he offers them to me again. Well Guys it looks like Hollis is the Team to Beat this year in the M plus Division , and I am looking forward to playing them whenever we get the chance. There are a number of teams that took 5, 6 and 7th in the Championships and never saw a TOC and they weren't Reclassified. Who is the Master mind behind this....Dave Dowell? Or are you SSUSA throwing Dave under the Bus for making this SMELLY MESS.

I know of a team in So Cal that needs 6 players to play 55 this year. The Silver Foxx’s need women players 55+ years old(They have split there team into 50s and 55s). He always would say " Practice don't make perfect but Prefect practice make perfect,so let do it again". Wow memory lane.
March 8, 2013 canIjack	Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Swing analysis Practice, Practice you mean Practice John ...You are so right about that. You do have to practice that swing. Whatever the type of swing or how you hold the bat, practice is the key. Mike does have a point. Thinking a little too much when you're in that box, can affect your swing. I used to be an up the middle man when I first came into SS. But now learning(BP)to hit to all fields makes me think, no don't kill the pitcher hit it to third, no suns in his eyes, hit the 4 hole, ok,No inside pitch, STRIKE THREE YOU OUT.....back to BP and get some plate discipline HJ, question, a right hand hitter must leave go of the bat with his right hand. My question is why is this done? My answer is... to keep from hurting myself.
