MEN'S 55-MAJOR DIVISION • The withdrawal of the Glori Daze (KS) team has resulted in revisions to the Men's 55-Major Division at Cesar Chavez Park. The division is now 14 teams. The originally scheduled 12:00 PM Friday games (first of the day) remain unchanged, but later games were affected. The bracket was also revised from 15 to 14 teams. All changes have been posted online, including the Master Games and Fields Grid. Although this results from circumstances completely outside of our control, we apologize for any inconvenience.

WOMEN'S 40-MASTERS AAA DIVISION • The withdrawal of the Ladies of Distinction (TX) AAA team has resulted in revisions to the Women's 40-Masters divisions (BOTH the AAA and AA) at Mountain Vista Park. The Friday play for the 40-Masters AA Division is unchanged. There were nominal changes in the 40-Masters AAA play on Friday. Reducing the AAA Division from 11 to 10 teams resulted in significant Bracket revisions on Saturday, but Sunday remains the same. All changes have been posted online, including the Master Games and Fields Grid.

WEATHER ADVISORY - TOURNAMENT PROCEDURES • There is a short range forecast (Tuesday night through Wednesday) for potential thunderstorms and rain which might affect Session #2 of the World Championships. The forecast currently calls for sporadic episodes of potential bad weather and not a sustained situation. The following procedures are in effect to deal with that potential becoming a reality:

• All "PLAY or NO-PLAY" decisions will be made AT THE FIELD OF PLAY AT GAME TIME by the on-site Tournament and Field Directors. The Sacramento Home Office will NOT be able to provide relevant or timely updates. This means that teams should be PRESENT and READY TO PLAY at their originally scheduled game time(s). The individual tournament facilities are spread throughout the metropolitan Phoenix area and may or may not all be affected the same by adverse weather.

• The first priority of re-scheduling will be to defer the scheduled games, in their original sequence, until field conditions permit resumption of games at any interrupted facilities. All facilities are lighted to allow play into the evening if necessary.

• Should adverse weather affect ONLY Seeding games, Field Directors will seed the Championship brackets based upon the last full round of seeding games completed on Tuesday for commencement of Bracket play.

• Should adverse weather affect Bracket play, time deferral of games, in their original schedule sequence will be the first priority, again with evening play being a likelihood. Procedures beyond that will be determined on a facility by facility basis consistent with then-current conditions.

MEN'S 50-MAJOR DIVISION • The withdrawal of the Willie's Wolves (TX) team on Wednesday morning has resulted in revisions to the Men's 50-Major Division at Thompson Peak Park and Papago Park. The division is now 25 teams. The originally scheduled Friday games at Thompson Peak have one nominal change (affecting Doubleplay and Arizona Elite). The bracket was also revised from 26 to 25 teams. All changes have been posted online, including the Master Games and Fields Grid. Although this results from circumstances completely outside of our control, we apologize for any inconvenience.
