Sept. 6, 2011 Webbie25 Men's 70 2414 posts | We've been watching that #6-we've been just as dry in NM, 1.5 inches in Albuquerque all year and .5 in Roswell-and even less in some parts of the southeast part of the state. Worst wildfire season ever. You have our prayers. It's beautiful in the 'hill country' there. |
Sept. 6, 2011 #19 Men's 70 302 posts | #6 ... It has been nasty the past few days ... Glad to hear that you're still standing. |

Sept. 6, 2011 obagain Men's 50 72 posts | We had one come within a mile of our house saturday, with the high winds and being farm land is was spreading so fast you just had to hope it missed your house. 90% of the houses here are old wooden houses so if they start there is no hope of saving it. The smoke here is really bad, but played in dallas tonight and it wasnt nearly as bad there. |
Sept. 7, 2011 mad dog Men's 65 4191 posts | bob glad to hear your ok,i'm in between fires with them being any where from 3-10 miles away,so far haven't had to get out yet...... |
