Legends 50+ Tony Tucker
Those of you who know Tony should reach out to him ASAP as he is probably not long for this world. He is in Saint Paul Dallas and is in bad shape (cancer)

Will be visiting him again this afternoon. Don't want to be negative but it was said maybee a week left.

prayers are needed and much appreciated.

Prayers are with Tony and his family.

Hopefully someday this awful disease with be beaten and stop all the hurt and painful suffering that people have to endure.

Steve, thanks for the update on Tony, heard he was ill, hope they take good care of him there, I know this is a trying time for his family and the Legends family also.
I will be keeping them in my prayers.

I have been asked by a few people when the services will be so that they might attend. If anyone knows the details please post them here so we can pass the word.

Just got a text from one of our players about Tony:

Memorial celebration for Tony Tucker , Sunday, oct. 9. – rain or shine—beginning at 10am, at Trinity View adult softball pavilion. The celebration will continue after the service with a potluck cook out, horseshoes and washers. We will provide the smoked meats, brisket, sausage and chicken, and we’re asking all participants to bring a side or dessert... And your beverage of choice. Hope to see you there. Sis’ Sue

Agreed. I play with Wood Law/Silverbacks. The Legends have always been our competitors in this area. Tony was an obviously keen judge of talent and a competitor who loved the game. Though I never had the chance to play with him directly, my memories of him will be with great respect.

guys- the pavilion entrance is the very "first right" ( approx 30-40 ft ) you can make once you turn into the park off wildwood. follow the road approx 200-300 ft to the pavilion area. i was not aware of the pavilion being there, hope this helps.
