California (Road Dogs, D & K, Doubleplay and, ...) one of our fellow senior softball players is in the fight of his life against cancer. He always greeted me with a hug and a smile and took the time to stop and talk no matter how much of a hurry he might have been in. I was lucky enough to have played with Joe on three different teams and against him many times as well. Always a gentleman, always a competitor and always a teamate in the bigger game of life.
