Discussion: Why is there a difference?

Why is the Southern Championships in Birmingham, Al in the 50 & 55 just two days (Aug 22 & 23)?
And the Northern Championships in East Lansing, MI in the 50 & 55 three days (Aug 28, 29, 30). Both tournaments have five game guarantees. If they can do it in two days for one why not the same for the other one. It would save travel day and hotel night.
Since all things being equal!!!

JohnBob,

They are having a another Tourney, August 9, 10, 2008.
It will be at the same place here in Indy. I will talk to the Park/Tourney management and see if maybe they could have something around that time.
If we have enough interest we could make it happen.
Are you guys going to Shelbyville, IN on June 21-22, 2008. It is replacing the normal Columbus, IN tourney.

Give me a call sometime 317-502-2676.

Discussion: Pre Indy Tournament -- Good Deal

Hey JohnBob,

Look forward in seeing you guys. Did the other teams in Louisville; Metro Stars, OG's or Zeplin seem interested.
It would be really nice to see them since most of you guys work/participate in the Derby weekend (May 2, 3,4). It's a great opportunity to have a good tourney.

Hey,

Rabbitt, are you guys interested. there are three 50 or 55 Teams from Indianapolis that are interested. You could make 4 Teams and maybe some of the teams from Louisville or Ohio, Illinois or Michigan. This could be a good weekend.

Discussion: Pre Indy Tournament -- Good Deal

There is going to be a Tourney in Indianapolis on April 26, 27, 2008. It is the week before the normal Indianapolis Tourney. It is 4 games for $150 at Metro Softball Complex. It could be 5 games but that depends on the number of teams. This is a Good opportunity to get in some extra games especially for the teams in Louisville who usually can,t make the Indianapoluis Tourney due to the Derby. Details for classes and such will be based on number of teams. If interested please contact: Tony Maxwell, 317-875-8833, in the evening 317-879-2088.

I do not get envolved in conversations just to be commenting. My name of ritter69 comes from; I went to Cardinal Ritter High School and graduated in 1969. So for further reference my real name is Ralph Adams. Also you have my number and could have called to see if it was me. I hope you are never a witness to a crime!!!

Discussion: This is for the Miken reps!!!

I just received my Ultra II Advanced yesterday. It is a 30oz bat. As far as weight it feels fine but it does feel a little lighter than my other 30oz Ultra IIs. I thought I would like the extended Knob because I liked the ones Worth made several years ago. But this Knob does not feel the same, it is slippery and to me has an awkward feel. I don't like it at ALL. And with the comments about durability I probably won't keep it and send it back. I'm kinda disappointed!

Since this bat is exclusive to Seniors; who comes up with these designs??

Discussion: EASTERN NATIONAL'S SCHEDULES

Dave, since you pointed it out, " what does inability and/or unwillingness of two 5o bronze teams to play in the round robin on friday" actually mean. Especially the "and/or unwillingness" part. what are you saying?? Everyone else is making adjustments for Friday. The Jags were in Champaign, Il and Rock Hill, SC on a Friday to play!!!
Now the schedule has been changed Twice. It was changed once because of a Late entry and now because of "inability and/or unwillingness of two teams". What is going on??? this was a three day tourney since JAN 06. So 6 other teams have to adjust because some can't or unwilling! Amazing!!
