Oct. 2, 2012 ham24	Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Cheyenne Park for Worlds My team is coming to Vegas this weekend and are playing at Cheyenne. From reading these post it sounds like we need to up our life insurance. We enjoyed playing in Phoenix last year and we were told Vegas was going to be bigger and better. But after reading all these I feel like that will be impossible. We are the largest field in the tournament playing on the worst fields. Can't figured that one out.
Sept. 24, 2012 ham24	Topic: Bats Discussion: Miken U II vs Combat Ambush I just broke the yellow senior bat from Combat. I loved that bat. I was hoping when I get to Vegas to try some of the new bats out. Will there be reps with test bats at Vegas that I can try? We are playing at Cheyenne park. 50 AAA.
Aug. 29, 2012 ham24	Topic: Tournaments Discussion: 50's AAA who is going to vegas in oct. I know that we are coming. We are the Chicken Coop/ Iowa Demons. And I know that Oklahoma Team Mayhem is coming. And I am pretty sure K C Monarchs are coming. All are pretty good teams. Why are you afraid that there is only going to be California teams there? Last year there was not a California team in the top 4.

I am just surprised at being moved up after playing in 4 tournaments and playing the same 4-5 teams in two of them that they moved us. I am not saying we can't win any games at that level. But we haven't finished what we started. I am sure you feel the same. We are going to appeal but I heard it falls on deaf ears. Btw I was the leadoff batter for the coop,that was one hell of a game with you guys.
Jan. 9, 2012 ham24	Topic: Rules of the game Discussion: Foul out to catcher In ASA the foul ball does not have to go above the batters head. If catcher has to make in effort and catches the ball the batter is out.
Jan. 9, 2012 ham24	Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Moving on up My team plays in 50AAA and were moved up, even though we finished 3rd in Phoenix. The team I play for is called Chicken Coop. We were surprised because we only played in 4 tourneys all summer. Two of those tournament were in K.C. where we played the same 4 or 5 teams. We won those tournaments but by no means did we dominate them in fact out of 10 games played we lost 3 of them and the rest were close games.We also plyed in Minn. and finish 3rd in a 5 team tourney were we lost to a 55 major and a 60 major. We feel we have unfinished buisness in 50 AAA. But now won't have the chance.

I didn't know in senior softball you couldn't. You gain no advantage starting from the orange bag other than not getting your head ripped off by a big leftie.
Dec. 20, 2011 ham24	Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Teams 2011 The best teams we played this year had to be Sports Center out of New Jersey and Oklahoma Mayham out of where else Oklahoma these were both AAA teams and both were class acts. Merry Christmas to all.
